93% of employees work with others whose bad behavior damages morale, quality, and productivity.*
I guide teams (small groups, ideally 6-10 participants) toward learning and practicing effective communication, conflict management, and influence strategies.
Participants learn how to approach, manage and solve (inter)personal difficulties.
Conflicts will happen. With the right skills, they are an opportunity for growth rather than destruction.
My trainings are customized to the needs of the team and filled with key learning points. Participants leave the training empowered, having gained an enhanced understanding of their own and others' behaviors. During sessions, we are practicing skills that can be applied right after every session.
There are fun activities involved that all serve the purpose of effective communication.

We all feel stuck, frustrated, and uncertain at times. Talking through challenges you are facing, in a confidential setting with a non-judgmental coach, will help you become clear and unstuck.
A listening ear can be cathartic, especially for leaders who cannot discuss certain topics with anyone else in their company without risking goals/relationships. With my background as a litigation attorney, mediator, court facilitator, and having trained hundreds of professionals in conflict resolution skills, I'm able to get to the level of understanding the challenges you are facing, and help you take the perspective you need to move forward.
Using communication skills like active listening and asking clarifying/thought-provoking questions, I can help you get to a path of clarity and resolve.
My goal is to empower you, and provide you with practical skills to move through challenging situations at hand effectively.
Multi party facilitation is a process in which I, functioning as a neutral party in the meeting, lead and steer the conference down a path of greater mutual understanding and resolve.
I make sure all perspectives are heard and acknowledged.
This process will lead to a greater mutual understanding and can lead to a full, long-lasting agreement.
Mediation is a structured, interactive process in which I, as an impartial third party, assist two disputing parties in resolving conflict through the use of specialized communication and negotiation techniques.
Usually, a typical mediation process takes 3-5 joint sessions to work out the mutual issues, parting with a deeper understanding of each other's needs and potentially a mutually satisfying and long-lasting agreement.
